Biography

Dr. Deepti Sharma, is a well-respected Obstetrician and Gynecologist with more than 25 years of experience in her profession. She has a depth of clinical expertise that incorporates complex obstetrical and gynecological conditions.  She is a recognized leader in minimally invasive gynecological surgery techniques, particularly advanced laparoscopy and operative hysteroscopy. Dr. Sharma is compassionate and personally focused on health and preventive care in women's health.

She is a strong advocate of practicing evidence-based medicine as well as new technologies in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Sharma believes in individualized and holistic care of patients, incorporating new medical and surgical evidence, to help facilitate best possible outcomes for her patients. She believes in shared decision-making and emphasizes the importance of patient communication, education, and using a team approach in women's health.

Dr. Sharma is committed to medical education and enjoys role of progression and education of medical students and residents. She is also actively engaged in training junior colleagues to help them develop skills in the management of routine and emergency surgical procedures.
