Biography
Dr Harit K Chaturvedi joined Max Healthcare in the year 2009 and with passion and commitment built one of the largest and best oncology programmes in the country. His continuous focus on specialisation, clinical quality, research and academics has led him and over hundred oncologists to embrace the Disease Management group (DMG) model, positioning the Max Institute of Cancer Care (MICC) as one of the most respected brands in oncology space.
His ability to nurture young talent and grooming them has earned him the stature of a teacher and mentor. He has managed to do surgeries in live surgical workshops, has presented his work in national and international conferences and has a large number of publications in peer reviewed journals.
Dr Chaturvedi has held the President position of national bodies, viz. Indian Society of Oncology and Indian Association of Surgical Oncology. His ability to create a grand vision and execute a plan has once again been demonstrated on a national level when he built the brand Indian Cancer Congress, being its first organising secretary.
