Dr. Kler is a pioneer in this area. He was the first doctor in India to implant many special heart devices like ICD, CRT-P, and CRT-D. These devices help the heart beat correctly. In 1993, he also started radiofrequency ablation (RFA) treatment in India for treating abnormal heartbeats. In 2015, he became the first Indian to perform His-Bundle pacing, an advanced technique to help the heart pump better.
