Biography
Dr. Vikas Jain is the most successful urology specialist in Delhi and an acknowledged leader in the field. He has been practising building over the last 17 years and has performed 1150 successful kidney transplants to date. In addition, Dr. Vikas has been involved in developing and running transplant programs at 26 hospitals throughout 8 different states in India. Finally, Dr. Vikas co-founded the Renal Transplant Subspeciality of the Urological Society of India (USI).
Dr. Vikas graduated from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) with his MBBS in 2000, received his MS (General Surgery) in 2004, earned his DNB (Urology) from Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital Nadiad in 2009, and received a Diploma in Renal Transplantation Science at the University of Liverpool, UK, in 2019. He has an extensive background in the technical aspects of robotic surgery, renal transplantation, endourology, re-operative reconstructive urology, open and laparoscopic uro-oncology, laparoscopic urological procedures, and pediatrics in urology.
