Biography
Dr. Shaleen Agarwal is a senior surgeon with expertise in liver transplantation and gastrointestinal surgery. His niche includes living donor liver transplantation, as well as hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.
He has been practicing gastroenterology for over 20 years and has been located in Delhi and NCR for the past 15 years. He has a vast experience in living donor liver transplantation, robotic donor surgery and complex surgical procedures for cancers of liver, bile duct, gall bladder and pancreas.
He trained under some of the internationally recognised names in gastroenterology and has taught young hepatobiliary and liver transplant surgeons from India and abroad.
He is actively involved in both clinical and basic research, with numerous publications in reputable national and international journals. He has a clinical and immunological interest in liver and biliary cancers.
